My Story

I’m Laura Weppler, fertility doula, registered nurse, and IVF mom of two. I originally entered nursing to work in women’s health, thinking labor and delivery was the goal. But when I landed my dream L&D job, it didn’t feel like the right fit—I craved deeper connection, a slower pace, and ongoing relationships. That led me to fertility care, where I found my passion. At the same time I was learning the clinical side of IVF and IUI, I was also quietly navigating my own unexpected diagnosis of PCOS and first steps into treatment. What followed were years of trial and error, medication, loss, surgeries, and eventually, after multiple IUIs, three embryo transfers, and more tears than I could count, my two beautiful sons.

Living both sides of the fertility experience—clinician and patient—shaped everything I now offer through Navigating Fertility with Laura. I’ve walked the path of uncertainty, grief, and decision fatigue. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by Google, dismissed by doctors, or terrified after a miscarriage. And I also know how powerful it is to have someone walk beside you who truly understands. Today, I support clients in The Messy Middle™, that raw, unsteady space between beginning treatment and whatever your outcome may be. My support blends clinical insight with emotional care, so you’re not just making decisions—you’re making them with clarity, confidence, and calm. I help you understand your protocol, prep for your meds, and stay grounded when plans change. Clients walk away not only more informed and prepared for treatment, but also more emotionally steady, self-assured, and hopeful—no matter where their path leads.

My Mission

I help women and couples going through IVF or other fertility treatments understand what’s happening in their cycle, prepare for each appointment, and feel confident asking questions and making decisions with their doctor. This helps them avoid delays, stay on schedule, and reduce the stress that often comes with not knowing what’s next, while giving themselves the best possible chance at a successful outcome.

With my background as a fertility nurse and someone who’s been through IVF myself, I offer expert guidance and emotional support that’s hard to find in a busy clinic. I help my clients review lab results, understand their protocol, walk through injections step-by-step, and handle changes or setbacks without feeling lost or overwhelmed.

Unlike fertility coaches who often lack medical training or therapists unfamiliar with treatment timelines, my approach blends clinical expertise, real-time availability, and deeply human support from someone who’s been both a fertility nurse and an IVF patient.
My clients feel more prepared, save time and money, and know how to respond with clarity and confidence when their treatment plan shifts, so they can stay grounded, supported, and empowered through every step of their fertility journey.

What I Believe. How I Serve.

These values guide how I support clients through one of the hardest and most emotional chapters of their lives.

Compassion First

I lead with empathy and understanding, always holding space for the full emotional experience of fertility treatment. Your feelings are valid, and you never have to go through this alone.

Clear, Grounded Guidance

I break down complex medical information into calm, understandable steps so you can make confident, informed decisions without overwhelm.

Emotional + Educational Support

I believe true support is both heart-centered and practical. I’m here to validate your emotions and guide you through protocols, medications, and treatment plans with clarity.

Integrity Over Urgency

This business is built ethically, not for quick fixes or profit. I offer honest, steady, client-centered care rooted in trust, not pressure.

Holistic Wellbeing

Fertility isn’t just physical! It’s emotional, mental, and relational. I honor the whole person in this process, not just the outcome.

Lived Experience, Professional Insight

As a fertility nurse and IVF mom, I offer care that’s both clinically informed and personally meaningful. I’ve walked this path and I get it.

Advocacy + Empowerment

I help you ask better questions, advocate for your needs, and find your voice in clinical spaces that too often overlook emotional well-being.
